Help with voice translation, conversation mode, camera translation, live captions, language packs, and privacy choices.
Contact support
Tell us your device model, iOS version, TransletMe version, selected languages, and the steps that reproduce the problem. We normally reply within two business days.
Email TransletMe SupportTranslation or language pack is unavailable
Open TransletMe Settings → Offline language packs and download the source and target languages. Keep the app open until iOS finishes the download.
Microphone or speech recognition does not work
Open iOS Settings → Privacy & Security, then confirm that Microphone and Speech Recognition access are enabled for TransletMe.
Camera translation does not work
Open iOS Settings → TransletMe and enable Camera access. Use good lighting and keep the text inside the scanner area.
Ads and tracking choice
TransletMe remains usable if you decline tracking. You can review tracking access in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking and regional ad-consent choices from TransletMe Settings when available.
